How should I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?
- Please contact us at support@vfolk.com ASAP with a clear description and video of the issue, we will reply in 48 hours.
Can I return my product for a refund?
- If the device is defective during the warranty period, you can exchange it for a new one at no extra cost. If you purchased your VFOLK vape device at our authorized retailers, please contact the local store for a replacement with the receipt.
Are VFOLK pods covered under the warranty?
- No. VFOLK pods are NOT eligible for replacement or exchange. Contact us if you have any questions regarding your product.
